I been in this gym for more then 1 year now and the gym is always clean everyone is friendly and especially the managers . The time I go in always I always see Jorhdan and MK they both always have a big smile on there face and greets you with a warm welcome and makes you feel like home. They’ve both done a great job in this gym since they started working here and I love to see them everyday when I’m working out it makes my day more better.

Signed up yesterday, came back in today for my first work out, and now they don't accept my venmo today, so they told me I'd need another bank account to continue my membership. After already paying yesterday (with the card that they now don't accept??) I wasn't keen to give them another way to take my money. They wouldn't even give me a refund after all the trouble with my card. After ALL that, they also want to tell me today that prices will increase by $20 next month. 😂😂😂 SO many red flags. Will be going IN PERSON to cancel (cause they still do that) today and never going back. Do not give your money to this place. They are a joke.

I do not usually leave reviews unless some one really deserves it (good or bad). The staff here are friendly and do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean. Unfortunately some of the treadmills seem like they need some basic maintenance done on them due to make all kinds of sounds during operation. Not a big deal. I'm currently in town for a few weeks for work and this is the closest PF to me so i found it convenient. They are under going some renovations right now which is always good for growth. No big deal. The only serious problem I had here so far was today 10/12/23 they decided to start renovating the men's restroom. Once again no issue with renovations but at least let your customers know in advance that you are going to shut down the bathroom for a certain period of time or even do renovations over night. I come to the gym before I head in to work so I like to be able to shower before going into work and don't have time to go all the way back to my room to shower first. Just a poor management decision in my opinion. Besides that it is an average PF that'll get the job done.

Tyler at the Fredericksburg facility is always very friendly and helpful. You can tell he loves his job. He also ensures the place is very clean and answers questions when needed. I do wish the club was open at 6 AM on Saturday and Sundays. A lot of us are in a routine from the work week and can be more productive on the weekends if we could get the gym in earlier.

This planet fitness it's not worth your time at the moment. It's under construction, there are no male bathrooms (is that even legal?) and no lockers. They want you to leave your bag in a very transited area. There is dust everywhere and they have removed some of the cleaning areas. They expect to have this construction done by January 2024, that's too long, the gym should have been closed during renovation instead of keeping it open. It is better if you go to any other planet fitness in Fredericksburg, just mention that you come from this gym and that is under construction and they will let you train no problem. But for now, avoid this one.
